Privacy policy

For your team's accounts, Varynt (India) is the controller. For the customers your desk records, you are the controller and we are your processor: we act on your instructions, which are the settings of your workspace.

Name, email, phone (optional), role, location scope, sign-in times and the actions taken in the product. Held to run the account and to keep the audit log your owner can read. Deleted 30 days after the workspace ends.

Whatever your Blueprint captures: at minimum a phone number and a name; often a concern, a preference, a booking. Fields you mark as personal are masked in exports for anyone without the permission.

We never use this data for anything except running your desk. It is not shared with other Varynt products unless you connect one, and never with third parties for marketing.

Confirmations and reminders are sent by email through our notification service. Every send is logged with its status. If a further channel such as WhatsApp is offered later and you switch it on, its provider will process those messages under its own terms, and this page will name it first.

What the software enforces:

• Enquiries, contacts and bookings: for the life of the workspace, unless you delete them.
• Soft-deleted enquiries: purged after the number of days set in your Desk settings (30 by default).
• Notifications: 7 days after being read, 30 days if never read.
• Activity log: 180 days by default, never edited.
• Backups: rolling, the last three, restored only to recover the service.

Our sub-processors are our hosting provider and our email relay. We will tell your owner before adding one.

Your team can see and correct their own profile in the product. Requests about your customers' data go to you as the controller; the product supports search, export, merge, do-not-contact and deletion so you can answer them. Anything you cannot do yourself, write to desk@varynt.in.

The marketing site sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser except your light/dark choice, loads its fonts from itself, and makes no third-party requests. The contact form sends what you type to us and nowhere else.

We will email your owner before a material change to this policy takes effect.
