How it works

Start from a starter, make it yours.

  1. 01

    Pick a starter

Clinic, hospital, restaurant, agency or event stall. Each is complete and publishable as it is.

  2. 02

    Rename the words

Enquiry, Patient, Reservation, Table, Doctor: every screen follows the labels you choose.

  3. 03

    Draft and check

Changes are a draft agents never see. The validator refuses anything that would break an old record.

  4. 04

    Publish

Every enquiry remembers the version it was taken under, so history reads as it was recorded.

What is in it

One document, every rule.

  • Labels

What your business calls a contact, an enquiry, a booking and a resource.

  • Fields

Typed fields with options, keyboard shortcuts, conditions and validation; personal fields marked as such.

  • Stages and sources

Your pipeline with colours, time limits and allowed moves; where enquiries come from.

  • The call script

Steps, prompts, branches and skip rules, in the order a call goes.

  • Outcomes

How a call can end, its key, the stage it moves to and the follow-up it creates.

  • Catalogue and policy

Resource types, services, slot length, hold time, lead time, reminders, no-show rules.

  • Follow-ups and messages

Default times, attempts, digest hour, escalation; which emails go out and when.

  • Optional parts

Check-in, recalls, courses, classes and more, defaulted per industry and switched by the owner.

Who changes it

Owners decide. Varynt helps.

  • Owners and admins edit

In the portal, as a draft. Starter plans relabel and edit options; Business and Enterprise add their own fields, stages, flows and outcomes.

  • Set up with you

On the demo we take the nearest starter, rename it in your words and run a real call through it.

  • Templates from Varynt

Varynt's onboarding team builds and dry-runs Blueprints in its own console, then sends an update to your draft. Never over your published desk.

  • Safe by construction

Conditions and formulas are a closed rule language, never code that runs; the document is validated before it is stored.

Questions

Asked before buying.

What stops a change from breaking old records?
The validator. Removing a field or changing its type is refused; you archive it instead, and every enquiry keeps the version it was taken under.
Can we import or export it?
Yes. A Blueprint can be exported and imported as a file, which is how one group of branches shares a setup.
