Follow-ups and recalls
“Call me tomorrow” becomesa task with a time.
A call that ends without a booking ends with a promise. Desk turns each one into a follow-up with an owner, a time and a channel, and keeps it in front of the right person until it is done.

How it works
Nothing promised is forgotten.
- 01
Promised on the call
Outcomes such as “will call back” create the follow-up themselves, at the time the caller asked for.
- 02
Queued for its owner
Overdue, due now, later today, this week. Call from the queue and the intake reopens with everything already known.
- 03
Escalated if missed
Overdue follow-ups go to a manager after the hours your Blueprint sets; four by default.
- 04
Closed, not haunting
After three attempts by default, the enquiry moves to an exhausted stage instead of staying on the list forever.
The queue
One key each: done, snooze, reassign.
Morning digest
Each person's day in their inbox at the hour you choose; 8:00 by default.
In-app and device alerts
A follow-up falling due reaches the app, and a closed browser or a phone through notifications.
Assignment rules
Back to the same agent, round-robin, or to a role, as each outcome in your Blueprint says.
Counted in reports
Follow-ups promised against follow-ups made, by agent and by branch.
Recalls
Everyone due back, as a call list.
For anything that comes round again (a six-month check-up, a service, a renewal), Desk lists everyone past due so the desk can work through them.
Due back listsBusiness
Built from your services and each person's last visit; do-not-contact is left out automatically.
Straight into the script
Calling from a recall opens the intake on that person, ready to book.
