Owner, admin, manager, agent and viewer, across 39 capabilities. Agents see and book only at their own locations.
White-label branding
Your name, logo, colours and favicon on the portal and its emails. It runs on our secure domain; a custom web address is not part of it.
API access and AI assistants
Personal API tokens and the Desk MCP server, so your own systems and assistants can read the desk.
Single sign-on (SAML or OIDC)
Your team signs in through your own identity provider over SAML or OIDC, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, once for every Varynt product. Your email domains are proven by a DNS record first.
SCIM provisioning
Your identity provider adds, switches off and removes people and syncs groups, across every Varynt product. New people get no access until a group or an admin gives it, and synced groups stay read-only in Varynt.
IP allow-list and two-step sign-in
Keep your team to your networks; ask for an authenticator code on top of the password.
